Some United State shipping have been experiencing major delay issue after the T86 policy have been lifted as well as a constantly changing tariff policy.

After package arriving port in US, custom will picked from the batches for custom and security check. For those packages that have been picked for checking we have experiencing a process as long as 15 days just going through the custom. After going through the custom, packages will be stored at custom and await for pickup from USPS for last mile delivery.

Currently it seems USPS are not catching up with this arrangement and the pickup time from custom can be delayed (heard from shipper are now working with USPS and try to resolve this with expectation to improve as time goes by). At this moment our shipping agent are constantly checking with USPS for packages that are delayed for pick-up. This delay actually happens to all goods shipping to US no matter which shipping agent we are using.

Shipping delay warning for US market:

Due to the above reason, there are chances for delay shipping to USA (depending whether your package gets picked for custom checks and response from USPS after custom checks, package without custom checks are at normal speed). Currently we can only promiss your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours (usually within 24h, not including handmade product such as thumb grip).

At current chaotic situation it is at least our responsibility to give our US customers a heads-up before ordering.

There are situation that package was lost in the process as well, in such case we can promiss to send you a new copy but we cannot promiss time for US market at the moment because of the above stated situation.

For orders comming from regions other than USA (such as EU) orders will not be affected.
